Shares of Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW) jumped over 20% on Friday, as rumors swirled that industry leader LinkedIn might be interested in acquiring the job board behemoth. As those rumors have been swept aside, Monster’s shares have reacted as expected, off about 4% in mid-day trading so far.
